Consumer - An individual who expresses a desire to purchase, bought, could purchase, or use a product or service for purposes not related to economic or professional activity;

Buyer - a person who purchases goods in the Seller's online store. The Buyer may or may not be a Consumer;

Product - any product offered to the Consumer through this website;

Manufacturer - an individual who within the framework of his economic or professional activity, produces or renews goods for sale or identifies himself as a manufacturer by indicating (marking) on the goods, packaging, or in the technical documentation of the goods, name (company name), name, surname, trademark or other distinctive mark;

Legislation - Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 20 of May 20, 2014, 255 "Regulations regarding distance contracts", the Law on Consumer Protection, Civil Law, Commercial Law and other related legal acts;

Warranty - a written promise from a manufacturer or seller to repair or replace a product that develops a fault within a particular period of time, or to do a piece of work again if it is not satisfactory:

Terms of use - the instructions of the manufacturer, according to which the goods retain their operational characteristics and adequate quality and do not constitute a threat to the property, health and life of the Consumer and the environment;

Prices - the final price of goods which are calculated during the check out, including taxes and shipping fees. The price does not include the cost of shipping goods; Parties - Seller and Buyer; General Provisions - these conditions (Terms and Conditions of the website).

1.General Provisions

1.1. These Terms define the legal relationship between the Buyer and the Seller.

1.2. Please read carefully these terms and conditions before using the website.

1.3 By using the website, the User agrees to comply with these Terms.

1.4. The seller can partially or completely remove, change, and update information on the website without prior notice.

1.5. Images and descriptions of the products may differ slightly from the offered Product.

2.Exercise of the right of withdrawal

2.1. The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal because the goods are made according to the instructions of the consumer and the goods are personalised.

3.Delivery

Delivery costs: depend on the delivery area. Delivery is carried out within the specified time: Monday - Friday from 9:00-17:00.

We ship our goods using delivery service of OMNIVA in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

We use several other couriers for deliveries worldwide.

If the recipient cannot be reached and is not at home, the package is returned to the base and re-sent to the specified address at a different time (additional reshipment fees may apply).

We will notify the addressee of the delivery status.

Orders received outside of our business hours will be processed the next business day in the morning.

4.Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Maestro credit or debit card payments, Apple Pay, American Express, and the Paypal payments.

5.Dispute resolution

The legal relationship arising from these Terms and Conditions is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
